Plating, Galvanizing &
Anodizing Tank Liners
Drop-in tank liners can be custom made in any
configuration to fit right into your tank(s).
These linings will greatly increase the life of
plastic, fiberglass, concrete or steel tanks, and keep
one that is leaking, leak-proof, with no need to
remove, strip or sandblast an existing tank.
These liners are custom fabricated using dielectrical
seaming (electronically welded) for
outstanding
reliability. Options which may be fabricated into your
liner when necessary, include a lip, rope and
grommets, stainless steel clips, skirt, batten bar,
double bottoms, sumps, weirs, boots (boots
can be made separate for later installation or
fabricated right into the liner). These liners
can also be fabricated to custom fit tanks that have
multiple compartments.
Our experience with many different types of lining
materials for industrial type liners enables Western
Environmental Liner Co. personnel to give you pricing
on all the materials that will suit your application,
depending on the life you expect from your custom made
liner.
Generally, linings can be expected to last anywhere
from 1 to10 years or more, depending on the type of
material, your operating temperature and the type of
use.

Emergency
Liners These are not new to us, and we realize you need your tank to
keep your operation from getting behind. We will put your emergency
liner at the front of the line and ship it out ASAP.
Chrome
Tanks
The
most corrosive area of your tank is where the fluid and air meet.
We recommend using a skirt with a chrome solution. A skirt fabricated
into the liner will increase the life of the liner at
the fluid line by several years.
